A Case of Kartagener´s Syndrome

Abstract

|
Kartagener´s syndrome is a rare disease in childhood. Recently, we experienced a case of Kartagener´s syndrome in a 13 years old boy who had a longstanding history of recurrent respiratory infections since infancy and childhood, the decelopment of bronchlectasis, sinusitis, and situs inversus. He was treated medically with antibiotics of high dosage intravenously and postural drainage etc. A brief review of literature was made.
